Rainy Saturday

Today was one of those rainy Saturdays that wasn't very productive...
...but a comfortable and pretty good day anyway.

I can never seem to get much done when Mr. Flea is home ...
...or at least that is my excuse today!

But I did get to do a bit of reading this afternoon...
Looking for inspiration, direction and a little courage to dip my toes in the water!

I finally received my first issue of Vakre....
...lots of inspiring photographs!

...and Carole of Maynard Greenhouse sent me a copy of Jeanne D'Arc Living....
...all gift wrapped so pretty with a sweet little tag (see the 52?)

I was excited to see an article on decorating with old apple boxes....
Sheesh....I 've got a slew of these from my grandparents farm!
Some are holding Mr. Flea's album collection upstairs...some are in the basement.
I'll have to clean them up for a photo shoot soon!

Just two more days to enter the 400th Post Give-Back!
....click HERE if you still need to enter!

Thank you so much for your lovely comments...
You all make me feel so good!

It has been so much fun to read about everyone's collections!
Thank you for sharing your stories and telling me what makes your heart go pitter patter!

Tomorrow, if the weather cooperates, I will be off to the flea market!

Hope your Sunday is full of joy!
:)

Hi Laura,
I think mother nature is trying to remind us that Spring can be full of surprises. It was chilly here today too.
Sitting home on a rainy day perusing some magazines can be just the thing we need sometimes.
Glad you liked the little tag. I had fun making it for you.
Have a great week.

ps...will try calling you this week and see how you're doing!
