Almost!

A few more days and our lilacs will be spectacular!

Our Japanese cherry tree will be in full bloom
with hundreds of soft pink petals...

...and the white and pink dogwoods lining the driveway
 will be glorious!

Almost!

Don't you just love this time of year?
:)

I was just noticing today that my lilacs finally have buds on them - so I'm probably 10-14 days behind you! Lilacs are one of my favorites so I look forward to their blooms - especially on my nightstand. your photos, as always, are lovely!

So much beauty to look forward to, Laura! Unfortunately we are way behind on the budding here and it will be a while before we start seeing flowers. Nonetheless, I am getting excited like you...

Aww, so delightful! We are so behind in my neck of the woods. Spring is late! That Mother nature needs to get back on track. I'll post mine when they arrive. Thinking of you:)

Love that that you post!
See you and your inspiration soon!

Yes, I do love this time of year. I walk more, enjoy the woods/gardens near my house, do more projects.
You seem happy with your decision last year to leave corporate world.
Happy Spring.
