Second Chance Antiques & Collectibles

As I try to gather all my thoughts, sort through all the MOO cards, and put names with the lovely faces of all the people I met...
I thought that you would enjoy a few pictures I took at
Second Chance....an antiques shop within walking distance of the Silver Bella  art event where everyone shopped for treasures
in between their fabulous classes.

Enjoy!

Hope you liked looking through just a fraction of what they had to offer!  A special thanks to Peg from Houston who I met on the shuttle and who kindly took me to lunch and Second Chance that very first day!

So much more to come!
:)

I'm so glad I finally made it in there after all of my classes ended - I found this shop quite overwhelming, but was able to dig in and find several things there. I found the photo and card sections to be particularly wonderful. Although I LOVED the vintage clothes section in the basement, again, I found it pretty overwhelming. I was so tired from everything going on at Silver Bella that I couldn't last in the shop longer than an hour, unlike some of our fellow Bellas, Laura :) But there's always next time...

Laura,
There is so much there that I didn't see. It is an amazing store. I, too, find it a bit overwhelming but I also wish I could have spent more time there. Thanks for the visit.
I am so glad I got to meet you in person. You have such a lovely way about you. So calm, kind and charming. Both Donna and I really enjoyed you.
Fondly,
Suz

That shop looks like SO. Much. Fun!
If I ever get to go to Bella, I will have to drive so that I can load my car with all of the stuff I will buy and make! Really- how do women do it who fly? No. Way!

P.S. I LOVE your little girl pic on the side bar!

Oh my goodness, I did enjoy! Wow, all that glass in one place... so many textiles - made me want to go over to that rack and leaf through them close up! As always, I enjoyed your blog! Looking forward to seeing more :)
