What I Saw At Renninger's Mt. Dora

 52 FLEA

It's all my son Dan's fault.
He gave me an Iphone 5 for Christmas.
I have been hooked on Instagram.
Way too much fun!

In any case...here are some photos (a lot of photos)
 from last Friday at the
Renninger's Extravaganza in Mt Dora, Florida.

Enjoy!

Above 3 photos taken in the booth of Anna Bugardi...
Direct Importer of European Antiques.

The above 4 photos were taken in the booth of Americana Antiques from New Hampshire.
I have a lot of yellow ware...all collected...back in the day.
It is packed up and stored away now, as in recent years the ironstone collection has taken over.

It was a beautiful day to be outside in the sun.
You have to love Florida in February!

I loved this old Martin birdhouse.
It looks a lot like the ones my great grandfather made
in the 1930's and put up in his gardens at the lake.

love.

A pretty booth by Brittany and her Mom.
 Designs by Brittany
Click here to view her Etsy shop

And then there was Randy's booth...Jersey Picker.
Too much fun!

You can see more of his collections at jerseypicker.tumblr.com.
I also follow him on Instagram.
Tell him 52 FLEA sent you over! :)

I found a few of these sweet blue bird dishes
last summer up at the lake.

...an armadillo purse...anyone?

...too cute.

This chair was in the booth of Chici's Cottage Style.

If you stayed with me through the end of this post...
after 76 photos...
you may want to sit and rest awhile on this funky blue love seat.
We were there last Friday and had a ton of fun.
Did you see anything you want?
:)
If I happened to capture an image from your booth and did not identify you,
please let me know and I will add a credit.

Thank you all for the comments on my last post...
the Webster walk through...
...since then...I have been back again so more photos to come!

I will be reopening my 52FLEA Etsy shop
with a few finds real soon.

and lastly...Dad sailed through his first chemo treatment today.
We are optimistic for a positive outcome. Thank you for your prayers!
:)

Laura,
Wow Wow Wow!!!! What a great bunch of eye candy treasure. Thanks for sharing. My mom lives in Florida and I have always wanted to go to Mt.Dora it looks like a cute old fashion town. My hubby is a fire chief and would have loved that helmet. I also have a red and white basset hound just like in your pictures. So fun to look at all the treasures. Thanks for sharing.

We were unable to head up to the extravaganza this month... sigh.
Yes, yes I did see things I usually look for... now I'm really depressed. I even recognized photos of a few of my favorite dealer's booths. Isn't Jersey Picker a riot... love to shop his booth. All I can say is... can't wail 'til Friday, November 15th!!!

Thanks so much for these photos! I thoroughly enjoyed going to those markets via your iPhone!!! Interesting to see that a lot of what is popular over here in Australia is very similar, I'm kinda glad I wasn't physically there, I think my head would explode with all the possibilities and everything I wanted!:)

Not only did I make it through all the photos, I went back to take a second look. Today I'm loving the quilts, the crocheted lace, of course the leaded glass windows, and the cash register. What in the world I'd do with a cash register, I have no idea, but it's divine!

Thanks for taking us along, Laura!

Ok, I'll take the white and black boots, the box with the millenery flowers, and could find a spot for the chair from Chici's Cottage Style.
It was nice talking the other night!!!
Enjoy your time with sis and dad.

Happy your dad did well. I wish we had markets like that around here. All the variety is stunning. Ours all start to look the same...little color, still the shabby look, more vintage vs. antique.

JunkStuffTreasures said...

Thanks for sharing the pics! I've never been- would you consider this a high-end market or are there reasonably-priced treasures?

Good news about your dad!

Too much fun. Love the fabric and the fireman's helmet. I saw the price on that one....wow! We're buried under three feet of snow. Thanks for the reminder that summer will return at some point.

Did you bring the puppies home!?! I would have found the perfect size quilt chest, packed them in there with water bottles... linens, corn dogs! Perhaps this is why hubby doesn't encourage me to visit markets! (giggle)
Thank you for sharing, Sweet Friend~ what treasures!
