Sand Colors and Cookies

It was a quiet day...cold and crisp with lots of sunshine.
We visited dear family friends to celebrate a 93rd birthday!
I didn't get Kate's room cleaned out as planned nor all the laundry done...
...but spent an hour outside in the fresh air...
... it felt really, really good...

I am so ready for spring...
...dreaming of the sand and sea...
...hope your Saturday was sunny too!

What are you dreaming of this weekend?

Still time to get in on the 52 Flea 1st Anniversary Give-Back!

What a lovely, peaceful entry. I love the clothes pins of which I miss using, and the bunnies and always the varigated yarns, ribbons, shells, all of it. You brightened my day.
Our day was spent outside playing in the snow with a couple of our GrandLoves, seeing the excitement on their little faces as new fish with names were introduced into their aquarium, and listening to all the stories and giggles. It was truely a wonderful day.
God Bless

First before I go see if I signed up for the giveaway I will tell you what I am dreaming of:
Spring, spring, spring!!! Spring is my favorite time of the year and this spring will be the best because of this awful winter. Pink buds are on the almond tree and the peach trees so spring is what I am dreaming about,
Sharon

I love this color! The color of almonds. And pine cupboards, and spoons made from bamboo and tea after you add some milk. The color of Zoysia grass after it goes dormant for the winter. (You have to live where it's hot in the summer to know what this is.) It is one of those comfort colors, don't you think? LOVe your post!
And please add me to your giveaway.

p.s. Could you tell us more about the blogger convention? Thanks, Sharon

I am just dreaming of the way the air feels in springtime when I walk out the door. You know, when you no longer need a coat and the sun hits you just right, surprising you that spring is really here.
Thanks for the dreamy photos.
