Pretty Pink Primrose

While shopping for groceries this afternoon...
this pretty pink primrose called out to me...

So sweet, so cheerful...

"Please take me home", she begged...
..."let me help you through these gloomy gray days"...

I said, "OK, fine...hop in the cart".

My husband shook his head...
rolled his eyes...
...and smiled.

She must have called to him too! :)

Hi there! Well, the primrose is such an amazing color of pink - perfect pink I would call it - clear and bright. Really pretty. So glad you were listening carefully so you didn't miss this little adoption...

Hi Laura,

Your weekend seemed to have brightened up. This post speaks to me as we are living in "Primrose Cottage" here in Carmel.

Have a great week - you'veearned it!

Isn't she pretty? I almost fell under the spell of a pretty pink primrose myself, but I reminded myself that I have to spray my favorite ivy with poison to get rid of SCALES. I'll buy her later, after the scourge is over! Thanks!!

Primeroses is really talking to you about Spring, and I love them as well! - 15 C around here right, but still it does not make it any less Springish, if you just focus on the flowers and do not look out the window! But awaiting Spring time I do a little skiing....!

Best wishes

Beautiful. Being a plant pusher--always trying to get my friends to hear the calling, I can appreciate this post. Don't forget to put it in the garden once it warms up outside, so it can bring you joy year after year!!
