I Love this!! I have been using petticoats alot lately. They make great chair skirts and they are so fun on an umbrella frame. Thanks for another great idea.

Petticoat?? It reminded me of the 'can-cans' we use to wear under our skirts back in 1958! At any rate it sure brought back 'fun' memories!!

If Mr. Flea doesn't hit his head on in and it doesn't burn down the house he will love it! eHEEEE HEEEE! My husband recently told me he was going to get beat up by his friends because of the shabby chic chandelier i hung over the sink! (my latest post) anyway love the petticoat totally get the hubby comments
