2010 Cometh!

Well, 2010 is right around the corner now!
The New Year will be bringing changes...
...but hopefully the time is right and it will all work out ...

I am hoping that 2010 will bring the blithest season of my life that I ever knew!
... That's the first time I have ever used the word blithest....
(try saying it three times fast!)

In a way ...I am grateful for the opportunities that often come with change and am gathering faith that I will be able to do as my friend Ange says, borrowing words from Thoreau...

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams"...

Ange is full of inspiring words...click here to see her Etsy shop!

The images of the vintage postcards are for your use...enjoy!
Good night! :) Laura

It is hard to believe 2010 is here, and I too wish for you the blithest season of your life -(by the way saying it 3 times fast is impossible).
Enjoy ringing in the New Year!

Hi there! Yes, I'm hoping for some marvelous changes in 2010 - need them, this year has been horrible with 3 deaths in my immediate family. I could go for some "blitheness"!! I love the quote by Thoreau and confidently going would be a great trick. But go we must.

Thanks for the wonderful postcards - I can never get enough of these lovely images. BTW, I was impressed by your creations with the old letters mixed with photos in your previous post - they looked marvelous to me.

Come see me and I'd be honored if you'd follow my blog also.

Sitting here still trying to say Blithest as fast as possible but have only managed two times fast ;-) Will now go confidently in the direction of the kitchen to make myself a really good cuppa and dream of saying Blithest 10 times in rapid succession. You will arrive at the destination of your dreams a lot quicker than I should arrive at 'Blithest' I would imagine ;-) Thank you for mentioning me in your post. I am honoured.
