Grape Jelly

The grapes on the vines in the back yard are deep purple!
It's time to make the grape jelly!
If you need a recipe just google it....there are dozens of sites that tell you how...even videos to show you the steps!
....If you need the grapes....come on over and pick 'em!

Wow, grapes! We don't have too many grapes growing in deep south Texas. God is crafty and his artistic talent shows in the beautiful grape colors.

If only I could come over and pick some, Laura....bit of a long way to come for some grape jelly !!!! I am lucky though, as my friend has a prolific grapevine, although, they are so sweet, we all eat them before they ever manage to become grape jelly !!!!....Fabulous Autumn-feeling photographs. XXXX

Mmmm. We have two more bunches on our vine, and we're eating a bunch a day, starting at breakfast. So, no grape jelly for us this year, sadly!

No grapes in my yard but thanks for the sweet invite! I did make Lemon-Lime Marmalade this summer because we have a great Asian market by us that sells limes 10 for $1 and lemons are also very reasonable. It came out delish for jam but also nice to make as a sweet butter spread or a marinade for chicken or pork. Grape jelly always makes me think of my Grandma. And...Your site is absolutely lovely!
