Playing With Textures

I recently subscribed to email updates for Kim Klassen Cafe
She is a wonderful artist and photographer and last week she had an Inspiration Staycation

I did not get to participate fully as I was busy with company at the lake but I did pop in now and again...

Kim has such a generous spirit and is so upbeat and fun.
She offered one of her textures to try...and so I did.... layering it with several of my photographs.
I love the way they came out!
Thank you Kim!
:)

That's very cool! And I'm so very new to the whole paper and collage mediums, I didn't even know such things existed, which makes me love it even more. I learned something really good today! Yay!

Laura,
I am so impressed! What you do is so awesome! We are just back from a short vacation, seeing my husband's parents. I have been thinking about you and your mom and family and wondering how you are doing.
Hugs, Suz
P.S. Did you get a Big Sister for Silver Bella?

Cool photo effects. Some day I'll take a computer class for idiots and learn something beyond the basics.
Now, I'm far behind in my blog surfing, am just now seeing I missed a page full of your posts. Especially like the feathers in the blue bottles.

Love the plate with the buttons, so soft and pretty. Reminds me of looking at soft clouds in the sky. Blessings ~ Eileen @ Star's Fault
