Pussywillows From Home

They tell me spring has fully sprung in New York... favorite time of year.

I guess it's time to go home!

Packing cardboard boxes full of goodies, little thrifting treasures...
...odds and ends picked up here and bring back north.

Thank you for all your kind comments
and well wishes for my family.
So much much love...
We appreciate it.

What are you up to this week?

I LOVE pussy willow Laura .... it always reminds me of my childhood. I remember picking branches of it on the way home from school. It really is so soft isn't it ?
Wishing you a safe journey home and happy times, unpacking all of your lovely flea market finds. XXXX

Laura, as you prepare to return to the 'north' it was hard to believe, as I read your post that your mom has been gone a year. Wow, how quickly time passes, tho' I am sure you think of her with each waking day. My thoughts are with you and be safe as you travel back from the south. It is beautiful here in Chicago. In the 80's yesterday.

Those are so pretty. I don't even know if we have those here in Dallas. But we do have spring! The last precious days of cool breezes before the heat hits!

Hi Laura,
I'm so sorry to hear that your cousin passed. It's wonderful that you are surrounded by your love ones and spent some time with your Sister. The pussy willows are just beautiful this year.
Safe travels :)

Safe travels home, Laura. Pussy Willows say spring to me. I have a vase full that a friend gave me on my 60th birthday. They still look pretty 5 years later. '-)
Happy Spring! ~ Sarah
