Thrifty Finds For Valentine's Day

Found this milk glass jar at a thrift store this week...

...dressed her up for Valentine's Day.

...and this sweet little plate too.

A decision has been made.

I'm flying home to be with Mr. Flea on Valentine's Day.
And...since he will be skiing during the day...

...I will be free to attend Evi's annual Valentine Day Luncheon!

Yippee!

Don't worry Pappa Flea...I will be back!
:)

Do you have special plans for Valentine's Day?
Will you spend time with your sweetheart...
...or will you do something sweet for yourself?

:)

Hello Laura

I just went back and looked at your flea market adventure and I loved everything you pictured, those little change purses, and the old locket with the pictures still inside .
I miss so much having a great flea market close by

Happy Valentines Day

Well, I just found out that my husband will be traveling next week, so I'll be on my own for Valentine's Day. I think we'll try to celebrate this weekend, instead. And maybe on the day I'll take myself to a movie. I really enjoy going to movies alone but rarely indulge!

Oooh I'm lovin' these pictures today Laura! I adore those darling little tatted hearts too with your own pretty little hearts...and that Feb. spoon...darling!
I think Dale and I just might have to have a special little dinner here at home and maybe I can get him to watch a romantic little movie with me. Hope so!
You and Mr. Flea have a great time!

I am sure Mr. Flea will be very happy to see you! Enjoy your lunch with Evi (and take some photos)!

Valentine's Day means a special home cooked meal, a very decadent dessert and a movie!

Oh what a pretty little milk vase, and I love the tatted heart! My dear mother in love who just recently passed away, made beautiful things using tatting. Lovely.
