Are you ready for a quick trip through the Webster Flea?
You know how this works...
...random shots of whatever caught my eye!
The angel above was heavenly...
...a selection of hand crafted rustic birdhouses
...an ultra feminine pale blue bed jacket.
I wonder what Mr. Flea would think
if I were wearing this when he brought me my morning coffee?
This lovely sculpture looked incongruous in front of the trash can....
...I tried to edit it out.
...a red metal tractor brings me back to my farm roots.
peek a boo
I caught sister Lynn peeking inside this Barbie wardrobe.
...a few rustic things
...some very well priced ironstone.
...some brand new and unusual bits of decor.
Loved the frames...especially the rounded tops.
...an old Victrola.
I remember a most romantic night
dancing to a few tunes played on a similar old oak record player
up in the mountains at Mr. Flea's great aunt's camp...
sigh...seems like yesterday!
A vintage glove box stuffed full of hankies.
Some fun nostalgic images...
...a pair of beaded purses.
A fabulous old blue enamel steam iron...maybe the first!
Baby bits and bits of sewing items
So many pretty teacups!
...a small and painted mint green chest of useful drawers.
I had to include this photo.
This dealer throws all his merchandise on the ground each week
as his regular clients stand around and grab at his offerings.
I came by after he was "set up" already...
...about 3 hours into his day.
You might want to PIN this on your Display Ideas board!
And then there are those dealers who are very organized.
For some reason I was attracted to lots of baby items this visit.
Isn't this sweet vintage dress charming?
...in honor of Valentine's Day.
Loved this stack of pantry boxes.
...a vintage garden ornament.
...a great collection of red and white wood fishing bobbers.
...aqua blue glass bottles
Love the pairing of this old quilt and metal industrial stool.
...have you seen enough old keys yet?
...more industrial pieces waiting to be re-purposed.
...suitcases full of vintage photographs
Have you ever tasted a Honey Bell?
...someone's matchbook collection.
And a matched pair!
Even though it was a short visit this time...
I will be back!
...and will be sure to share my sightings.
Hope all is well in your corner of the world.
