Our white iris are blooming!
Aren't these ruffled petals so beautiful?
We have a lot of romantic white flowers in our yard this spring...
It seems as if it would be the perfect place for an outdoor wedding...
I found this milk can at the sale across the street last weekend...
...and these two silver baby spoons at a yard sale...
Wait! Is that a bride I see?
...or a ghost?
I think Starla is playing hide and seek!
Hope your week is going well..
So far I've done some organizing as well as some painting and even a little crafting too!

I fell in love today - oh, so in love - thank you for your post - it's just lovely in a bouquet of ways, Jennifer jennsthreegraces...come to my garden one day....
ReplyDeleteYour irises and lily of the valley are just lovely. Each time I see the ruffles of irises I am reminded of petticoats. And I'm sure the white flowers you have in the milk can are the same as the ones I have in my garden too. Don't animals just make you giggle when you're busy getting on with life?

PS - the silver spoons are quite lovely. I just picked up a big amount of silverware from a fleamarket to use everyday instead of the IKEA stuff. Pretty spoons seem to be the hardest thing to come by. I believe more people than I thought have a spoon addiction!!
Laura,
ReplyDeleteA fabulous White Wed post as usual!!
Love the flowers, and of course the ghost!
Rosemary

Sorry to hear about the loss of your job BUT your positive attitude is AWESOME! Lost my job almost a year and a half ago and WOW, it has allowed me to spend time with the kids and fulfill my dream of owning my own boutique! A white iris-how pretty...I have never seen them in white!
