Cupckakes and Tulips
My sister Lynn discovered this wonderful little cupcake shop close to her home here in Florida...
...too close!
Really delicious, really decadent!
It's a good thing I am only visiting for a few more days!!!
Here are some beautiful Florida tulips for you...
...in bright sunny yellow and purple hues...
Tomorrow morning Lynn and I will be getting up early and driving an hour to the Webster Flea market...
I know, a Monday flea market?
...Yes, and it is an old, established every Monday market.
Last year I took my Mom and Mother in Law and we had a great time...
...you can click here to see...
...although at 83 and 88...they decided to pass on it this year!
I can't wait to see what I find!
...and I can't wait to show you!
Hope you had a good weekend!
Hope you have a good week ahead!
:)

ReplyDeleteBonjour Laura,
ReplyDeleteOh those cupcakes look so good - glad you are having so much fun in Florida. I lived in the Tampa Bay area before moving to Paris, so I have a soft spot for the Sunshine state. Still go back regularly.
Have fun at the Flea Market, waiting to see all the treasures you find.
Good Sunday,
Mimi
Lovely! Flowers and cupcakes! Enjoy the market! How great you can go on a Monday!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Lisa
Hi Laura,
ReplyDeleteI am so envious of your Monday flea market trip! I can't wait to start back up again with our flea markets. The weather is finally beginning to cooperate. Those cupcakes look delicious! Before I left Southern California, there was a new cupcake place that opened up and it was fabulous! They had the most beautiful creations you've ever seen, and yummy too! I'll have to go visit when we move back this Summer.
Have a great time tomorrow!
Sincerely,
Melinda

It sounds like you are having a great time in Florida. I'm in California, with beautiful weather waiting for my son to come home on leave from Iraq. They've been delayed and I'll bet he's fit to be tied! Glad you are are having fun, but I'm easily as excited knowing my boy is on his way! Stay safe, Marcia
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! Those cupcakes are unbelievable. Good thing I live on the other side of the country from them. What a great place to visit whenever you are down there, though. There is an amazing ice cream shop near my brother's in Santa Cruz (CA) that we simply must visit every time we are in town. Don't have anything like it where I'm at. Enjoy!
