Paula's Christmas Cottage 2013 Part 2

Hope everyone had a very Happy Thanksgiving!
Back to my visit with Paula
and a tour of her charming Christmas cottage!

On the landing at the top of the stairs
sits this charming snowlady, another one-of-a-kind doll
created by our good friend Evi
...next to yet another decorated tree!

This bedroom is referred to as either
the "Princess Room" or the "Red Room".
I just call it my room.

Even the tiny upstairs bath has a Christmas tree and decorations.

Now we are heading into the other upstairs bedroom.

Isn't she beautiful?

Paula's mitten pillow.
She even knit the tiny mittens!

Sweet little angel bear.

The cottage is positively magical in the evening
with so many tiny twinkling lights!

Paula's creative and imaginative Christmas decor
surely gave me the inspiration I was looking for!

I left there with visions of sugarplums
and all sorts of other enchanting ideas!
Thank you Paula!
Looking forward to the Christmas party!

Next up...
A visit to NEST in Mystic, Connecticut.
You are going to love this amazing shop!

Twinkle, twinkle...Paula is a star
Oh how I wish I could be where you are

Up in Connecticut, I wish I could fly
Then I could see your lights from the sky

Twinkle, twinkle little lights
I sure would love to see those shiny brites!

Thank you Laura for capturing each light,
You've made me happy and full of delight.....

Thank you both for sharing this wonderful and inspiring home with us each year. I know it takes time, but it is such a pleasure to see, and I appreciate it so much....it is truly my favorite of all the Christmastime treats to be found in all of Blogville.

Best Wishes!

Laura, thanks for posting pics of Paula's cottage. I loved seeing it recently in a magazine. I kept looking for the LIKE button to like each pic, but couldn't find it, haha. Happy Holidays!

I like the idea of a "Book" from above comment. Breath taking fun!
Love the pops of red in some and green in others, and twikles all about. So fun to visit. It's now a PRIORITY. Thank You.
