What's To See At The Flea

It's now been two weeks since my weekend
 with the girls in Connecticut.
That Sunday morning we met at The Elephant's Trunk Flea
 in New Milford.

It was fun in the early morning sun.
Hunting for treasures...
discovering whatever the vendors brought with them this week.
Have a look...

Paula bought this pulley and wore it hooked on her purse
so she could continue hands free shopping!

You just never know what you will see at the flea!
:)

...we all found something!
Deanna's car was overflowing!

I hope you have all enjoyed this lovely Sunday...
...I spent the day with Dad, Mr. Flea and Brother Biff.
...all wonderful fathers...

Happy Father's Day!
:)

Looks like a wonderful Flea!! I would take the green metal pig so my metal goat would have company. Looks like you gals needed a larger car?

Wow! That is a car full :-) Fleaing with friends can be so fun!! I love all those vintage glass bottles and the antlers. They would make a cool wall grouping.

Love your pictures! Such treasures, I tried to go to this flea market last spring, a road trip with a friend, and it had rained the night before...they cancelled the flea that day!! I think I'll have to try it again!

ah, ventriloquist dummies always creep me out; they are so devious and mischievous!

love the green pig, he would be fun indoors or out on a patio/garden.

looks like it was a fun and super productive day.

Oh dear. Now instead of farming I will be filling up broken chairs all day with plants. I blame you!

My word, the vendors certainly had a wide variety of items available. I would have loved to have gotten my hands on some of those old colored bottles!

I don't know what I love most: the trycicle, the record player, or the old books.

Sooo many wonderful treasures just waiting to be discovered! The Superman figure in the telephone booth made me smile, and I love that dress form!

I haven't seen a flea market that looked that good in my area for years. Flea markets have pretty much become synonymous with junk (I mean serious junk).

I would have loved to have gotten a closer look at that table of bottles!
