A New Week, A New Adventure

I hope that your weekend was relaxing
and that you are ready for the week ahead.

Many thanks to all of you who have left comments
and a warm welcome to new followers and readers.

I spent most of the day loading up the car with supplies
to take to the lake house.
We usually have the camp opened before Memorial Day
so we are late to get things started up there.
Lots of cleaning to do...flower boxes to plant...beds to make up.

But...I am so excited to finally be heading north!
I am hoping that Mr. Flea won't be in too much of a hurry...
...as I hope to stop at some of my favorite shops along the way.
 :)

We have a busy week ahead of us as lots of family will begin
arriving as early as Thursday for the weekend.

Do you have a busy week ahead too?
:)

Hello Laura,
Travel safely and have a wonderful journey up North. I will be busy this week making handmade soap, gardening and playing in the pool with the kids; no more school. Woo Who!

Hi Laura, Enjoy every minute, the summer goes so quickly. We are just back from Kiawah Island, SC. It was so nice to feel the warmth of the sun (and our new grandson, in Charleston). Have a safe trip. I can't wait to see what you find on the way!

Laura, I wish you a wonderful and safe trip and a very relaxing time.
As per what it looks like by today, my week is not gonna be anything extraordinary but you never know whatever unexpected might come up.
Just trying to stay cool down here in the Houston area with temperatures up to 105 for 3 days in a row and dreaming of a vacation someday.
Taking care for our online store, gardening (mainly watering and pulling weeds) and maybe later on toward the weekend going fishing one night is what is on our schedule so far.
Best Regards
Paula Jo

Didju know, girl? Flea is the bass for the Red Hot Chili Peppers? Anyway...

Nothing on earth is worth the loss of Heaven; our finite existence is over in the blink-of-an-eye. Then… death, judgment, Heaven or Hell for our lifelong demise; what we do in these 88ish-measly-years determines our eternity: we can either deliver ourselves to Paradise or condemn ourselves to the Abyss. Jesus/our Mother are only the free antivirus, while I’m only the prophet in a world that’s whorizontal. Believe it. You shall be the wiser for it. God bless you --- Death’s cool if you’re on the RITE side: we'll have a HUGE, kick-ass, party-hardy fulla anything and everything and a whole lot more. Meet me in Heaven, gorgeous girl, where I shall serve you for the length and breadth of eternity.
