It is hard to believe that December is half over!
...and now comes the really fun part...
This old postcard is a bit rough...
but I love the image of Santa in his car and thought you would too!
Perhaps you can fix him up in Photoshop?
I would if I could...but I can't...
...so I won't!
:(
Breathe deep!
It doesn't have to be perfect...

ReplyDeleteDear Laura,
ReplyDeleteJust the perfect colours of Christmas and I love those vintage Christmas cards. I got some from Sweden this year of a girl with mistletoe.
Sorry that I have missed a few of your posts.....blogger was messing about again !!!! Lets hope this one gets through !!
Hope your mum is comfortable and that you and the family are coping OK. Lots of love. XXXX
Thanks for those word "it doesn't have to be perfect", so many times we try to make things 'perfect', when it is an impossibility, and to be honest, if we step away and take a look at the bigger picture, there is perfection in imperfection! This year I have decided that if it doesn't get done, that's great! Our emphasis is on the reason for the season, and just enjoying being together. That is what it is all about anyway! Merry Christmas! Becky G. in GA

I love the red silver combination also. And imperfection has a lot going for it. So much easier to live up to it's expectations.
ReplyDeleteThe card is perfect just the way it is.
ReplyDeletePhotos are awesome......hope you bring your big girl camera too. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
