Snap Out of It!

Has all this rain in the last month put you in a melancholy mood? Well, I think that I have been affected by the dark and cloudy skies for too long now.....My friend Carole did a post on sunny yellow flowers this week and also one on bright red poppies.....it spurred me on to...SNAP out of it!

Just what I needed! A riot of color! A burst of sunshine!....
Now if only the sunshine will stay with us a while....
All these beauties were for sale outside the market at the lake this past weekend.....
Hope the coming weekend is sunny and bright wherever you happen to be!

  1. Well that would sure do the trick for me!! The colors are so vibrant! The colors this year are really true. I think all the rain followed by the sun has really done them some good.

  5. It certainly has been an odd summer, weather-wise, hasn't it? I am in the pacific northwest and we had such a warm end of spring and beginning of summer. Now, mid-summer, the cool, cloudy days seem to be sticking around. I am praying for some sun this weekend as I could use a "summer day"...

  15. My dear friend!

I will surely say HI to Thomas from you! He always like to read your comment on my blog and the mails you have send! We really think it`s nice to have a (blog-)friend in US!

Nether Thomas or I have been there, so MAYBE ONE DAY we knock on your door!! Hihihi ;O)

Beautiful flowers and colors on your post today. It`s almost raining here today too. But we have had sooooo beautiful and warm weather for a long time now. So it`s ok with some water for the flowers and grass. And Thomas and I can work inside.

Right now I`m going to paint that AMERICAN chair!! Looking forward!! I love it!!!

Hug hug - from me :O)
