More of Cheryl Kuhn's Art
Cheryl Kuhn, a very sweet person and extremely talented artist is one whose works I collect and have shown on this blog in the past.....Her use of found materials, bits and pieces of poetry and vintage photographs to create these one of a kind amazing assemblages is both a marvel and an inspiration to me....
These two pieces we keep in the lake house and although the one above may have been shown previously....I was able to get some better photographs and wanted to share the details with you....
I recently received an email from a lovely lady named Traude in Vienna who thanked me for introducing her to Cheryl's work.....
Cheryl's work has also inspired Traude to do some creating of her own....I know that Cheryl would just love knowing that!
When I purchased this wonderful piece from Cheryl several years ago....it was at an Earth Angel's event in Warwick, NY....At the time Cheryl told me it was one of her favorites.... and the boat motif fit right in with our lake house...and of course....the poem spoke to me...
You can look at more of Cheryl's amazing assemblages at the Earth Angel's website and you can check out Cheryl's blog here....
Enjoy!
These are stunning!
