After breakfast my parents and I took a short walk on the grounds of the retirement community where they live.....this warmth and color is just what I needed! Snapdragons, pale pink petunias and sweet alyssum........
It's funny. When I think of Florida, images of palm trees and citrus flash into my mind. I'm truly a Carolina girl and prefer the flora and fauna here over any other place I've ever lived.
