I stopped in at Anthropologie the other day
and they had a fun display of little charms.
These were my favs...:)
I liked this driftwood vase/candle holder...
...thinking maybe I could make one...
but, then again...maybe not.
Their Christmas displays were being set up...
...lots of icy blue and white.
And then there were some creams and browns
in paper trees and antlers.
...and did you know that Sibella Court
has a line of some pretty cool things at Anthro?
Check it out here...
I can always count on a visit to Anthropologie
for a shot of inspiration.
I'm looking forward to a great weekend...
The Fancy Flea and a Fun Family Wedding!

ReplyDeleteHi there! I haven't been to Anthropologie in so long. Thanks for taking us along! I plan to hit our town's local craft fair this weekend (Great Day in the Country) and watch the kiddos play sports. Enjoy yours!
ReplyDeleteI love Anthro too! My daughter and I went there and I was too shy to ask if I could take some photos! Their displays are so inspiring!!
ReplyDeleteSigh! I do love Anthropologie but some of their stuff is wildly overpriced. You are right though - a great source for inspiration.

Oh now I suddenly feel like I need an Anthro fix Laura. I love that store. I get so much inspiration there, not to mention the cute clothes!
ReplyDeleteI love the 52 charms ;-)
hugs from here...
Fine ambience!!!
ReplyDeleteAnthropologie is full of creativity. I actually run to the dishes and bedding first. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI've been to the Anthropologie stores around metro Detroit and the one in Boston. You can find unique items that are reasonably priced if you manage to hit a sale. They're fun to go to even if you don't buy a thing, but I usually end up with something, even if it's only a beautifully packaged bar of French-milled soap. I'm looking forward to visiting Anthropologie when we make our annual pilgrimage to the Motor City over the holidays.
ReplyDeletei love it when you take us to visit Anthro. Thanx. Bestest,Denise
ReplyDeleteLovely Charms and numbers, will investigate Anthropologies (never heard of it here in France)for our next trip to the US. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteLoved your little post on Anthro Charm. I just love Anthropologie! In fact, I bought two of those driftwood candle holders late summer. I even did a post with them as used in a table setting in October. Many friends have asked about them and I was told it was a summer thing as I bought the last two! Thanks for sharing that they are still availble.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a wonderful weekend with a Flea and a wedding!
MY daughter and I just love ANTHROPOLOGIE its our Favorite store and has been for about 18 years :)
ReplyDeleteWe love to shop the 2 story store in
Santa Monica, California... 3rd street there is nothing like it, complete with sencond level Funiture, accessories, clothing, music, found objects, a place to lose yourself in :)
Thank you for sharing
xx

Anthro is my Favorite store! I love to go there just for the decorations! The clothes are pretty great too!
ReplyDelete52 looks wonderful decorated with charms! Nice job. Thanks, Laura, for taking me to Anthro. Ours is not half as magnificent and it is a haul for me to get there. What a treat! Hope all is well with you, my friend.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs,
Suz
Great selection going on there. I think my favorite is the driftwood candle holder. I can just see that candle flickering among the pieces of wood, I'll bet it would look beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLaura, if I had been to Anthro, I would have had to have left my wallet at home. To many things I want....that paper tree....They have the most interesting things. Lucky, you live right down the road.
ReplyDeleteI hope you bought the charms.
Talk to you soon.
Love, Evi
