Memorial Day weekend is here!
The beginning of summer...
Red, ripe, juicy cherries are at the market!
Thanks for all the suggestions for my altered change purse necklace!
It turned out that a little weight in the bottom allows the purse to stay upright...
so I'm back on track as long as I can live with the clasp not closing.
It's time to open the camp at the lake!
What are you doing this weekend?
I hope it is fun and involves family and friends!
:)
I love the cherries on the plate, so cute. Hope you have a great holiday weekend! We are going fishing and cooking out, if the weather permits.

Love your cherry post. Cherries are way too dangerous in my opinion, so easy to eat TOO many!
ReplyDeleteLove the cherry post...thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend..
Blessings.....

VINTAGE
Hi Laura,
ReplyDeleteLove those cherries and this time of year. I have a bowl full of Rainier cherries on my bistro table in the kitchen. I plan on enjoying them this weekend spending time with my family outdoors. Walks, grilling, planting and remembering all the military people that have given so much for all of us.
Have a beautiful weekend!

Laura, I came home with a bag of cherries yesterday. Yummy! Love when they are in season. Your photos are each a yummy treat as well.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a delightful holiday weekend. Ours will be quiet. Not much going on here. ~ Sarah
I love cherries! Our sour cherry tree is covered with green cherries right now~ I can hardly wait until they're ripe~ they make the best pie!
ReplyDeleteDear Laura,
ReplyDeleteCherries are one of my favourite fruits. They are not quite in the shops yet here in the U.K.
Wonderful photographs. I just love the way you put these little groups together and, you can a;ways seem to put your hands on a relevant item to match.
Enjoy the long weekend. It is what we call a bank holiday weekend here and everyone gets monday off. XXXX
Catching up with your blog is a feast, but not easily done in a few moments, as I always stop and drool, but you know what: I'll just come back. It seems to me that your photos are even better this time of year than they were before; combining your lovely stuff with flowers and fruits. Here we will have to wait for the cherries, they'll be here in July. Happy Memorial weekend, don't forget to celebrate life as that is the best tribute in my opinion! Thanks for your sweet welcome back words!
ReplyDeleteLaura - headed to Eddie Ross's garage sale - he is about an hour north of me and VERY excited to see his home and what he has for sale! I'll keep you posted,
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend opening up your cottage at the lake this weekend, Laura. Hopefully you'll have lots of help with everything that entails. The weather forecast is great here, so I'm hoping it will be the same for you.
