On the way back from the grocery store yesterday I stopped at a yard sale. I found this old ironstone gravy boat for one dollar and brought it home to play with.

Beautiful! I am loving ironstone these days too. Found two platters this week at garage sales for a couple of bucks apiece. I think my collection is getting a little out of control but I can't pass up one of those crazed pieces! Have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. Jane
hi laura, so pretty, both the gravy boat & the flowers! found an estate sale among a neighborhood garage sale on friday and what goodies they had! left with an armful for under $20! most items were around $1-$2. going back today with some friends,just for fun. have a wonderful mother's day! judi ;)
