Where In The World?



It is all very exciting!
One week from tomorrow I will be taking a trip....a very exciting trip (at least for me it is)....
And during my travels... arrangements have been made to meet a special friend...a very special blogger friend....
Can you guess where in the world I am going?
Can you guess which blogger friend I will be meeting up with?

Here is a clue: the place I am going is full of romance, history and beauty...

The first person to guess where my trip is taking me and who I will see.....will get a souvenir from my trip...yes, I will bring a trinket home with me and send it to the winner!

There are a few people who already know my travel plans....
You are disqualified from this contest!!
(I will bring you a souvenir anyway)

    I thought too the Feathered Nest, but perhaps that is too obvious.

    Laura, when I first saw that picture I thought of Dawn, of the Feathered Nest too, but now I am thinking France, maybe to visit Cory of Tongue In Cheek or the owner of the blog Ciel D'orage or...oh my stars there are sooo many other wonderul ladies in France with wonderful Blogs...now watch it be somewhere here in Calif..hey we have history..Romance and Beauty too :) Rose

    I suppose it's too late to guess where you're going, but I try.
    There is only one place in the world that corresponds to romance, history and beauty and that is Paris (where I lived for a few years in my younger days). If that's where you're going I really envy you.
    (So sorry Laura I haven't written to you, but I'm still looking for that trivet. Much more difficult than I thought.)
