I picked up these vintage cosmetic cases back in the early 90's at various yard sales....
I love that these first two are monogrammed with their previous owner's initials...
This one has these beautiful glass jars in the top level....It doesn't look as if they were ever used!
The bottom layer was for lingerie perhaps? It is still in near perfect condition...
The colors fit well in the Adirondacks and they usually sit stacked on the floor in a guest room...
...just in case...
Love your cases!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Lisa
They are three little treasures you've got there. I have a really old case belonging to my grand mother. I will be doing something with it soon and show it on my blog. XXXX
ReplyDeleteI love your cases. Especially the burgundy one. We found some of the old beat up ones at our local antique dealer today but they smelled awfully bad. They stayed there. :)
ReplyDeleteSuch great finds! They are usually smelly & beat up by the time I find them. I always liked the shapes of them but that burgundy one is to die for!
